About the topic
Perception of typefaces is a topic that’s very interesting for me as a typographer. As part of a pre-research for my diploma project I explored various people’s typographical preferences, how fonts affect our emotions and tastes. At the end I designed Cornichon – sour tasting typeface that’s based just on my personal typographical preferences.
About the design
Cornichon is module formed monospace with strict mathematical rules and just a little optical corrections.
